Hi All. I have shopped at Reckless Games for well over 3 years and must say that both Angie and Ernie are the greatest people ever. I am extremely impressed with their superior customer service that they provide which is something that is very important to me. They are well update to date with all the latest games and anime and find it no hassle at all to go out of their way to help you out when you are looking for something. To me they regard their customers more as friends which is one of the reason why I keep going back to their shop. They take the time to talk, ask how your day is and what is going on. You don't get friendly service like that much these days. I know that I will be shopping there a very long time. Thanks guys for all your help. YOU ROCK!
